Centre Manager

Role Profile Hands-on leadership for daily operations and events, ensuring excellent client service, efficient facility management , safe and well-coordinated programmes, strong bookings, revenue growth and accountability Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations, opening and closing • Manage enquiries, site visits, quotations, bookings and event calendar • Confirm client requirements, layout, schedules and checklists • Coordinate seating, décor, lighting, sound, catering, security, parking and cleaning • Supervise events and resolve issues promptly • Manage staff, vendors and service providers • Inspect premises, equipment, utilities, washrooms, grounds and emergency facilities, coordinate maintenance • Ensure health, safety, fire, security and sanitation compliance • Maintain booking, deposit, inventory, incident, maintenance, feedback and expense records • Handle client and guest concerns and follow up on satisfaction. • Promote the venue and support repeat business • Report on operations, finances, maintenance and event performance Qualification Required & Experience • Diploma or higher in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field • At least 3 years relevant venue, hospitality, facilities or event operations experience, supervisory experience is an advantage • Strong client service, communication, leadership, vendor coordination, budgeting and event logistics skills • Knowledge of health and safety, risk management and emergency procedures • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking, accounting or event management systems Location: Accra How To Apply For The Job Email your application to: eselom2@gmail.com Closing Date: 19 October, 2026 The post Centre Manager at St Anthony Multipurpose Centre appeared first on Jobweb Ghana .
