Senior Training and Integration Officer

Lead training initiatives and support the successful integration of Dext’s products and technology in partner schools. What We’d Love to See Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to build positive relationships with schools and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education /Technology/Engineering or other related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in training, education, learning and development, or technology integration. Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions. Proficiency with digital tools and learning technologies. Responsibilities Develop training content and learning materials for teachers and students. Design effective training and content delivery approaches. Conduct teacher and student training sessions. Support the integration and adoption of Dext products and technology in partner schools. Monitor teacher and student engagement and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with partner schools and internal teams to ensure successful implementation. Gather feedback and continuously improve training programmes and delivery. Coordinate with internal and external entities to conduct research on effective integration of DEXT products and services into schools.
