CCTV Controller

Position Overview The Controller is responsible for the monitoring of alarm systems, incident reporting, and maintaining seamless coordination across teams to ensure the effectiveness of security operations. Key Responsibilities Alarm Monitoring: Handle and monitor alarm signals and perform hourly call checks. Incident Management: Conduct incident reporting and manage guard monitoring signals. Systems Monitoring: Perform Geotab and Protrack monitoring. Alarm Systems: Handle field-to-test alarm signals and program client alarm accounts in the Oryx system. Team Coordination: Monitor guard assistance needs and communicate effectively with team members and departments to ensure operational coordination. Competencies and Skills Computer Literacy: Proficient in necessary software tools. Customer Service: Ability to deal with challenging customers effectively. Flexibility: Able to work within a shift system. Time Management: Responsive to time-sensitive tasks and deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Strong client relations and communication abilities.
