We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Principal to provide strategic leadership and ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and school operations. Job Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and direction for the school. Lead curriculum implementation and academic improvement initiatives. Supervise and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff. Develop and implement school policies and operational plans. Promote a positive school culture and student wellbeing. Build strong relationships with parents and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and safeguarding standards. Requirements Master’s Degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field. Professional teaching qualification. Minimum of five (5) years’ leadership experience in a reputable school. Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional leadership. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
